The management and coordination of FRAME is focused on coordination and maintenance of scheduled tasks, coordination and planning of consortium meetings and workshops, coordination of a scientist mobility concept within the consortium, facilitation of communication between the FRAME consortium and external institutions and policy makers, the dissemination and advisory board (DAB) and within the consortium itself. In order to fulfil these tasks, the project is structured into five different organizational levels:

• the project coordinator and his support team
• the FRAME Steering Committee
• the WP leaders
• the DAB
• the General Assembly of FRAME
